Offline EVE Installer

If the EVE Online Windows installer fails for some reason, download the five files below, the executable plus the four payload files. Once you have completed the downloads, make sure all files are located in the same directory. Find the executable and run it. The installer should start installing Eve Online from the downloaded payload files.
