Our support Knowledge Base articles can answer many of your gameplay, technical and billing questions about EVE Online. If you can't find the help you need there, filing a support ticket will contact our customer support team with your requests.
Tools & Gameplay
If you need to set up a new API key, or update an existing one, the support section provides the API key management tool. If you need to notify our community and support team about an upcoming large fleet fight or report a bug, the forms are available in this section.
